Read this First

AS WITH ALL NEW EXERCISES PROGRAMS IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE DOING THIS OR ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH CONCERNS.

I can’t over emphasis how important it is to view and participate in the Instructions before doing the repetitions of the exercises. HOWEVER – if you would like to see all the exercises just to see what they are like then go to 4 repetitions and watch. It will take about 30 to 40 minutes. Some of them may look to simple to be effective but I assure that is not the case just try them (after viewing the instructions!)and see. In the last set of 8 exercise you might think that they are too difficult but view all the instructions to see how they are done and you will find that by following the instructions you will soon be doing the exercises to your ability level sooner than you think. These exercises begin at the top of your spine for the first few exercises and continue down to the base of the spine. The exercises are intended to be performed slowly with caution, stopping any movement if you feel any pain and instead visualize yourself doing the exercise until you are able to do the exercise.

I am so happy to share these exercises with you. When I first started doing the exercises I thought they were weird but I continued to do them anyway because, yoga and physical therapy did not help my balance problem. Not only did they restore my balance they reduced my arthritic pain and have brought great joy to my life allowing me to live more fully. Enjoy!
