These 24 QiGong exercises can change your life for the better but in order to do that you must do them. Try the 4 week challenge! The next four weeks watch and follow the exercises in the 4 repetitions video stopping and going back to the Instructions for any exercise that you find difficult. At the end of four weeks you will feel better but not as good as you would feel if you did 8 repetitions instead of only 4 repetitions! And don’t forget to give yourself the gift of meditation at the end of each session of exercises.
It is very important to teach yourself to diaphragm or belly breathing, go to the updates page to see more about how to help yourself learn to belly breathe properly. Another very important thing to teach your body is the ‘Child Pose’ position! It is very important in doing the exercises correctly so you can get the most value of each exercise.
