These 24 QiGong exercises are my ‘Joy’ and I am sure they can be yours to! I discovered them later in my life and I know if I had known about and practiced them earlier in my life I would have had so much more fun in my life and far less stress.

They are also about how you FEEL inside which effects how much more you can participate and enjoy life. The exercises start at the top of your spine and go down the spine to the base strengthening all your joints through out your body.

The first time you do the exercises have a chair or wall close so you can take a hold of it should you start to lose your balance. As with all exercise routines you should check with your doctor before doing any new exercise.

Flexibility in the joints of our bodies is so important in allowing us to live our lives the way we want to. These 24 exercises may look fairly simple especially the first few but don’t leave them out they do amazing thing for your neck and the top of your spine.

It is important to see the detail of each exercise in the instruction video. Just as important is attitude, if you haven’t exercised in a while be patient with your body and do only as much of each exercise as your body is ready to do.

All the exercise are to be done slowly and in the proper form and at the rate each individual body is ready to do them. Doing the exercises slowly allows your body time to adjust to each position. 

Never underestimate the power of Visualization! If there is any exercise that you have trouble with watch how I do the exercise, close your eyes and picture yourself doing the exercise and eventually you WILL be able to do the exercise. I know this works. It is how I learn to do many of the exercises especially some in the last set of exercises.
