Welcome to Judys Joy which is 24 QiGong Exercises that helped to give me Energy, Flexibility and Balance. 

I can’t over emphasis how important it is to view and participate in the Instructions  before doing the repetitions of the exercises. HOWEVER – if you would like to see all the exercises just to see what they are like then go to 4 repetitions and watch. It will take about 30 to 40 minutes. Some of them may look to simple to be effective but I assure that is not the case just try them (after viewing the instructions!)and see. In the last set of 8 exercise you might think that they are too difficult but view all the instructions to see how they are done and you will find that following the instructions you will be doing the exercises to your ability level sooner than you think.
